It has been an exciting week for year 1! This week we completed our own innovated stories on the Tortoise and the Hare. Some of us wrote about The Cat and the Worm or the Hedgehog and the Slug. In Science, we learned about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores. We learned how to tell the difference between them and even completed a quiz! The highlight of our week was the long-awaited beach trip to Bournemouth. We had fun playing in the sand and listening to the lifeguards about beach safety. Next week, we are looking forward to our sports day and are sure it will be a fun day!
