What a week we have had!
Year 6 have been working a lot on RESPECT this week. We have discussed what respect is and how we can show respect to ourselves and other. We have explored what it looks like in class and how it benefits our learning to show respect to one another in class. In Maths we have been revising properties of number, focusing particularly on factors, multiples, prime, squared and cubed numbers. Using the resources has really helped develop our understanding. In science, we carried out a fair test to answer the investigative question ‘How does the distance of an object from the light source affect the size of a shadow?’. In Geography we have been learning about different biomes and plan to use this knowledge as a foundation for some non-chronological report writing in the next few weeks.

We also had such fun doing the colour run today!
